Welcoming Senator Simcha Felder to a CP Brooklyn Residence
CP’s Brooklyn team welcomed New York State Senator Simcha Felder (Brooklyn District 22) to our residential setting at East 3rd Street to meet our dedicated staff and two of the people we support who call this lovely address home.
Senator Felder was able to hear about the local partnerships already established and areas where we can grow our collaboration and community engagement.
In an interesting alignment, the Senator’s assistant had experience working in Willowbrook while she attended college and the contrast to the environment of support and care from CP Unlimited was clearly evident.
We thank Senator Felder for his valuable time and look forward to our ongoing alliance to help people with disabilities achieve fulfilling lives throughout District 22!
