A Home Run Evening for CP’s People in Hudson Valley
CP’s persons supported and team members enjoyed a night out at the ballpark in the Hudson Valley on June 14, as the organization partnered with the Hudson Valley Renegades to treat our folks to an exciting baseball experience.
The minor-league Renegades took on the Rome Braves and eventually emerged victorious with a score of 4-2, while the intermittent rain did little to dampen the spirits of those in attendance.
Each of our persons supported cheered on the home team alongside their dedicated Direct Support Professional, and got to meet the mascot for a fun photo-op!
As a bonus we got to see a glorious rainbow reflect the colorful spirit of our people shining over the ballfield, and marked the birthday of CP’s President & CEO, Joseph M. Pancari, with a delicious cake to compliment the popcorn and hot dogs!
