“Giovanna Lopez stepped up and she helped with ordering the supplies and the groceries that we needed every week. She has stepped up with helping, making sure that the medication is in the house and ordering the medication and teaching the staff the ins and outs of the Med room, as well as helping with the scheduling. We now have a QIDP there and she has really done a great job at helping support her in learning her new role there as well.
