CP Unlimited supports hundreds of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout New York City. Part of our commitment to them is maintaining their wheelchairs so they work as intended to ensure mobility, independence, and safety.
In this new video playlist from CP Unlimited with six individual segments, you are invited to go behind the scenes with CP’s Rehabilitation Technicians Nestor Ortega and Abdul Ghafoor as they explain and demonstrate how they do their work. As you watch them display their tools, their vans, and the vital steps to sanitize and maintain wheelchairs, you’ll also see the passion and dedication they bring to their important roles at the agency on behalf of our persons supported.
